Lower Silesia is one of Poland’s most fascinating and historically rich regions. With its turbulent past, diverse culture, and breathtaking landscapes, it has become a top destination for visitors.

This 6-hour guided tour takes you to four of the most iconic sites in the region, allowing you to discover magnificent castles, stunning UNESCO-listed churches, picturesque town squares, and unique botanical attractions.

Ksiaz Castle – The Pearl of Lower Silesia

The third-largest castle in Poland, Ksiaz sits majestically 395m above sea level on a rocky cliff, surrounded by dense forest. Due to its impressive size and stunning location, it is one of Europe’s most unique castles.
In 1943, Hitler’s paramilitary organization took control of the castle, beginning construction to transform it into one of Adolf Hitler’s headquarters.

⛪ The Church of Peace in Świdnica

This UNESCO World Heritage Site is the largest timber-framed religious building in Europe. Built in the 17th century, it stands as a symbol of religious freedom and Lutheran identity. The church was constructed under restrictive conditions—outside the city walls, using only wood and clay, and completed in under a year. Today, it remains one of the most stunning examples of Protestant architecture in Europe.

🏙️ Świdnica’s Market Square

The charming and colorful Świdnica Market Square is a must-visit destination. It features Gothic relics, historic townhouses, and beautiful fountains, including a 1732 well with a statue of Neptune. The square’s award-winning lighting and restoration make it one of the most picturesque spots in Lower Silesia.

🌿 The Wałbrzych Palm House

Built by Hans Heinrich XV of the Hochberg dynasty, the Wałbrzych Palm House was a romantic gift for his wife, Mary Theresa Cornwallis-West. It is the only surviving palm house in Poland that retains its original construction. Walk through an exotic paradise, surrounded by rare plants from around the world.
