We found the tours themselves to be both educational and heartbreaking, given the nature of the visit. Our guide did a good job explaining the history of what we were seeing.

A few tips:
- There is a cafe at the museum, but you don’t really have time to get anything to eat as you’re on a schedule, so make sure you eat beforehand and/or bring snacks with you. The museum does have a couple of snack vending machines outside the entrance.

- Take water with you on both tours. We made the mistake of not carrying any water with us and regretted it on the hot May day we were there. It’s absolutely worth carrying as you walk around. There is a water vending machine outside the entrance as well.

- Use the restroom before starting the tours. You’ll be grateful you did, as the walks are long.

- Wear comfortable shoes!

Luckily this was possible for us, but it did mean that we missed other holiday activities and opportunities due to it being a Sunday and our late start to the day after sorting everything out. The tour was also mostly just transport and then we where left to do the activities ourselves at each location while the drive waited in the car.
